In January, 2024, I sustained a spinal injury in a local business. It was an accidental injury caused by an employee of the store. After reporting the incident to the manager of the store, he said I should file an accident report. I did file an accident report. Then, I contacted The offices of Flint, Crawford and Cogburn. The staff of that firm was very helpful and handled the claim in a professional and timely manner. In June, 2024, the claim was settled for a reasonable amount. All medical expenses and medical fees were paid. I received the remainder of the settlement. I was impressed by the competence and ease with which this claim was settled.
